Machinery Design Engineering

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Design Engineer Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical engineering and experience with Solidworks.
- Assist the Senior Design Engineer with design and modeling projects using Solidworks
- Develop technical specifications and diagrams for machinery and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects
- Perform hands-on engineering design work incorporating automation and robotics
- Support production and delivery of machinery and ancillary equipment
- Conduct design reviews and risk assessments with senior engineers and production managers
- Provide on-site workshop assistance and liaise with clients
- Perform simulations and coordinate QA and testing activities
- Hands-on mechanical engineering experience, focusing on mechatronics and industrial design for FMCGs and New Product Integration
- Essential Solidworks skills and software training in 3D modeling
- P&ID drafting experience, emphasizing designing pneumatic circuits
- Knowledge of DFM and Lean principles
