About this Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Casual Sales Team Member.

This is a casual position requiring flexibility to work day / nights and weekends across a Monday-Sunday roster.

Key responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, using initiative to respond to customer needs, maintaining clear and upbeat communication with customers and team members, and being flexible to work during the week, evenings, and weekends as required.

Previous fashion retail experience is highly regarded but not essential.

  • Utilize initiative and respond to customer needs with proactive solutions.
  • Maintain open and engaging communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Be adaptable to work during the week, evenings, and weekends as needed.
