About the Position:
You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and supporting customers on construction sites by presenting solutions and capabilities. You will be a trusted partner to various clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring a seamless process from concept to delivery.
- Work closely with customers and internal teams to provide technical sales support.
- Develop and identify business opportunities by engaging with clients and identifying their needs.
- Prepare and present solutions, quotes, and technical data to assist customers in decision-making.
- Visit construction sites to meet customers, assess their needs, and gather information to create innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to generate innovative temporary works solutions.
- Conduct toolbox talks and provide on-site support, ensuring safe and effective use of products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and internal teams.
- Stay up to date with industry advancements in temporary works solutions.
Key Qualifications:
We are looking for a qualified professional who will work closely with our technical and design teams to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a technical sales or engineering background, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
The role requires:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Experience in Construction, Industrial or Structural engineering, or related product solutions (Shoring & Propping beneficial)
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
