About the Role

Annecto is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering quality care services to individuals with disabilities, supporting them to live their lives to the fullest.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to clients, assisting them with daily activities, communication, and personal care needs.
  • Facilitate activities and programs that promote independence, socialization, and community engagement.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict guidelines regarding client information.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and families to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities and those who display behaviors of concern.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Flexibility and adaptability, with a willingness to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Current police check and NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance.
  • First Aid and CPR qualifications (or willingness to obtain).
  • Driver's license and a reliable vehicle (for some roles).
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or higher.
  • Experience in a similar industry or position.
  • Fluency in a second language.
