Customer Support Lead

We are seeking an experienced professional to assume responsibility for overseeing customer support operations and ensuring exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • The Customer Support Lead will manage a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance and coaching to enhance their skills and performance.
  • He/She will be responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction, resolve complaints efficiently, and promote loyalty.

  • A strong focus on quality assurance is essential in this role, with the lead ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded at all times.

  • Beyond technical skills, empathy and patience are also vital attributes, allowing the lead to understand and address customer concerns with sensitivity and tact.
