Job Title: Skilled Caregiver

HammondCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to provide high-quality care for elderly residents.

About the Role:
  • Deliver personal care services including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
  • Support with domestic duties such as meal preparation, cleaning, and laundry.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with residents and encourage their participation in preferred activities.
  • Recognise and report any changes in resident health conditions within your scope of practice.
Key Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for serving older adults and making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Flexibility to commit to a range of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Ability to work independently while valuing teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience working with people living with dementia and their unique needs.
  • Certification in Aged Care or a related field is highly regarded.
