About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for an experienced Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to join our team and contribute to delivering exceptional results in the land domain. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for providing expert support in the acquisition of Defence capabilities by applying your Through Life Support and Sustainment Management knowledge.

Key responsibilities will include overseeing, managing, and delivering Integrated Logistics Support documentation, offering subject matter expertise for critical contract deliverables, and collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless ILS activity management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A suitably qualified ILS Professional with a minimum of 7+ years experience within Defence or a related industry, particularly on Land projects
  • Strong working knowledge of Defence Logistics systems, tools, and processes
  • General familiarity with land vehicle systems (desirable)
  • Demonstrated experience in the current Capability Life Cycle (advantageous)
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
