Pallet Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Pallet Operations Manager to lead our pallet management operations across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in logistics and transportation.

Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of pallets across our business unit, ensuring compliance with contracts and company standards. You will also train and mentor site teams on best practices and procedures, and lead audits and reviews of pallet accounts to ensure accurate reporting and reconciliation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in pallet control, ideally within the transport or logistics industry. They will possess strong operational expertise, solution-focused thinking, and excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5 years' experience in pallet control, preferably in transport or logistics
  • Strong skills in reconciliation, data analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
