About the Role:
Infinite Consulting is seeking an experienced Data Architect to join our team for a long-term contract. As the Data Architect, you will have a considerable degree of independence with work being performed under the guidance of the team leader and the Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish data architecture, including data lakes, data warehouses, and related infrastructure, by aligning relevant architecture(s) and broader business operations and strategic goals.
- Lead the design and implementation of data models, database design, and ETL processes.
- Collaborate with senior executive and leaders to ensure data governance principles and practices are implemented.
- Stay current with and use emerging data technologies, including artificial intelligence.
Requirements:
- 5 years previous experience working in a data warehousing environment.
- Extensive leadership experience in establishing data architecture.
- Proficiency in data modelling, database design, and ETL processes.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and collaboration experience.
What We Offer:
A 12-month contract with a 12-month extension option, working with a reputable Federal Government Client.
