Job Title:

Civil Construction Workers

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced civil construction workers to join our team in the Northern Suburbs of Adelaide. The successful candidates will work on various projects including road upgrades, residential subdivisions, and landscaping. They will be responsible for assisting with trenching and backfilling, working with machines, and performing general laboring duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with trenching and backfilling using correct compaction procedures
  • Work with and alongside machines, spotting and assisting with levels
  • Perform stormwater pit and pipe works
  • Conduct paving and concreting repair work
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment (Leg rammer, vibe plate, quick cut, jack hammer)
  • Perform general laboring duties, wheel barrowing materials, digging, and raking
Requirements:
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Police check within 12 months
  • Any plant operator tickets and experience with Excavator, Loader, Roller, and Skid steer
  • Drivers Licence
  • White Card
  • Experience on roads, subdivisions, landscaping
  • Pipe Laying Experience (Desirable)
  • Able to work Monday to Friday with potential for overtime
  • Time management skills
  • Able to work as part of a team or individually
  • Desire to learn the industry, upskill, and progress
  • Be trustworthy, hardworking, and take pride in your work
