We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to fill the role of Dogman/Labourer.

About the Job:

  • Safely operate cranes and hoists to transport construction materials, equipment, and supplies on site.
  • Ensure effective communication with crane operators and team members for efficient material handling.
  • Rig loads properly and secure them to cranes or hoists using appropriate lifting devices.
  • Maintain rigging equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Perform general labor tasks such as digging trenches, compacting soil, and assisting other trades on site.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and promote a safe work environment.
  • Follow instructions from supervisors and complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Dogman or similar role in civil construction.
  • Valid Dogman license/certification.
  • Familiarity with various types of cranes, hoists, and rigging equipment.
  • Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations related to material handling.
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks in diverse weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently when necessary.
