We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Store Team as a Customer Service Ambassador. As a key member of our multi-skilled team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the success of our business.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Ambassador, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
- Providing top-notch customer service, helping customers find products, and answering their queries;
- Filling products in departments to ensure they're easily accessible for customers;
- Packing orders in our online hubs and ensuring timely delivery;
- Offering a seamless checkout experience to our customers;
When You'll Be Needed
You'll work a variety of shifts across Monday Daytime (7am-12pm), Friday Daytime (7am-12pm), and Saturday Daytime (7am-12pm).

- A genuine love for retail and a passion for providing great customer service;
- An ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, adapting to changing situations and priorities;
- Agility and flexibility in responding to different tasks and challenges;
- Reliability and a willingness to work a flexible roster, including evenings and late nights across the 7 days of the week;

Salary Information
We offer a competitive salary ranging between $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
