As a Clinical Leader, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical care to our residents, while also providing clinical leadership and supervision to our Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to residents within established policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Provide clinical leadership and first-line supervision to Enrolled Nurses, Team Leaders, and Care Service Employees.
- Allocate duties and responsibilities to team members.
- Act as the Chief Fire Warden.
- Current APHRA Registration.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability.
- Ability and commitment to working as part of a team.
- Demonstrated high level of analytical, written, and verbal skills.
- $5,000 relocation allowance.
- Salary Sacrifice available.
- Paid accommodation for 12 months.
- $12,000 sign-up bonus (paid in instalments upon completion of probation period).
