Account Management Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our content team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts across the entire digital marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships and ensure timely delivery of marketing strategies that meet client needs.
  • Coordinate workflow with internal teams to deliver high-quality content and projects.
  • Work with freelancers to ensure client timelines and milestones are met.
  • Maintain client content libraries and work with various digital platforms as required.
Content Development

You will be responsible for creating compelling social media posts and scheduling them into Buffer and Loomly. You should have a good eye for design and be confident in your ability to whip up social media captions and select imagery for an eye-catching social feed.

Analysis and Reporting

You will analyze and interpret data from Instagram and Facebook Insights and Google Analytics to create succinct monthly reports for clients. You should be able to track performance and make recommendations to improve client KPIs.
