We are currently seeking an experienced Rope Access Supervisor to work on diverse and exciting projects based in Western Australia, with site visits to other locations as required. The successful candidate will be responsible for frontline supervision of Rope Access works. You will have the opportunity to shape the way we evolve, adapt, and transform our industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with quality management plans
  • Guarantee all works are undertaken safely and with due regard to the health and wellbeing of employees, client representatives, and third parties
  • Produce, monitor, and close out work packs
  • Compile and submit project MDR's
  • Complete all inspections, testing, and verification activities

About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • IRATA Certification - Level 3
  • Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (an advantage)
  • Working at Heights (RIIWHS204E issued within 2 years)
  • Enter and Work in Confined Space (RIIWHS202E issued within 2 years)
  • A current Australian Drivers Licence (preferable)
  • Highly skilled in, and familiar with maintenance of rotating assemblies
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • A positive mindset and demonstrated commitment to safety
