  • Drive team engagement, performance, and development through targeted coaching and mentoring.
  • Handle customer orders and provide excellent customer service, utilizing strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Store Manager in retail, trade, or service industries, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Background in flooring, hardware, building, or bathroom ware (highly regarded), although not essential, would be beneficial.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and grow teams.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding team sales targets, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and people-engagement skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and customers alike.
