MARS Recruitment invites experienced professionals to apply for the position of Payroll and Compensation Expert. As part of our team, you will ensure timely processing of payroll, terminations, adjustments, and classifications changes.

Base compensation range

A$75,000.00/yr - A$85,000.00/yr

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing end-to-end payroll, terminations, adjustments, and classifications changes
  • Ensuring timely processing of PAYG, Superannuation, and Statutory payments
  • Providing regular updates to the Payroll Manager on relevant payroll issues
  • Maintaining accurate pay and employee records
  • Managing payroll inquiries

Key qualifications:

  • Previous experience in end-to-end payroll processing from a high-volume environment
  • Understanding of payroll procedures and legislation
  • Proficiency in Excel and ideally Netsuite
