We're seeking ambitious individuals to join our team and gain hands-on experience in project delivery. As a career starter, you'll work on real projects, developing the skills needed to excel in your field.

What We're Looking For

We seek career starters to join our team at various locations across Victoria. As a member of our team, you'll work closely with senior estimators and engineers to gain hands-on experience across the full tendering process. You'll support cost estimating, procurement, and subcontractor engagement while building skills in risk assessment and resource planning, contributing to projects that shape Victoria's infrastructure.

You'll have opportunities to develop a wide range of skills, including project coordination, budgeting, and scheduling. You'll also be part of a collaborative team environment, working closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality results.
