Job Description:

Maintain effective household servery processes with cleanliness and safety in mind to ensure a seamless dining experience for residents. This includes ensuring food is provided at the chosen mealtime, maintaining adequate stock levels of self-service servery items, and working closely with care partners to deliver hospitality goals and maintain a desired household culture.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in hospitality or care services, ideally within residential aged care; qualifications are a plus
  • Warm, approachable, and able to communicate clearly with residents and team members
  • Comfortable using IT systems and open to learning new tools
  • Works well in a team and always puts residents at the center of what you do
