The Works Supervisor role is a pivotal position within our organization, ensuring seamless delivery of contract services and overseeing sub-contractor and self-perform works under the direction of the Contract Operations Manager. This key role entails guaranteeing all works meet or exceed Client's Maintenance Contract obligations, maintaining service, quality, and contract standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct daily supervision of sub-contractors and self-perform works to ensure compliance with contractual arrangements and statutory requirements.">
  • Conduct regular audits to drive continuous improvement in our processes.">
  • Manage various work types under the Contract - Responsive, Planned & Project works.">
  • Provide guidance to client personnel and subcontractors on best practices and procedures.">
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through regular meetings and prompt feedback.">
  • Evaluate and report on subcontractor performance.">
  • Prepare monthly reports analyzing KPI and technical performance data.">

Requirements:

  • Hold technical expertise and trade training in a building-related profession.">
  • Possess extensive experience in the domestic building industry, with a strong understanding of commercial and technical competencies.">
  • Have proven ability to prepare reports and maintain accurate data records.">
  • Demonstrate full understanding of OH&S regulations and Building Code of Australia.">
  • Exhibit strong negotiation and communication skills, both oral and written.">
  • Be able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.">
  • Have experience working with quality systems.">
