About the Role

This position is an integral part of the SeaLink South Australia Marketing Team, working in a highly collaborative environment to promote iconic brands within the Australian tourism industry.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing and advertising plans, managing sponsorship and community programs, assisting with delivering events, creating content, communications, and creative production and design for our South Australian brands; SeaLink Kangaroo Island, Murray Princess, Adelaide Sightseeing.

The successful applicant will need to display a high level of organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and copywriting skills, attention to detail, be results driven, and strong desire to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in a marketing or business discipline
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills
  • Experience in a similar marketing role
  • Experience and skilled at use of Adobe Suite including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Experience in design and content development
  • Experience managing sponsorships and events
  • Experience working with various social media platforms
  • Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience with campaign management or CRM system
  • Experience in the Tourism or Events Industry
What We Offer

The successful applicant will be expected to meet and exceed key performance indicators, whilst displaying a high level of work ethic. After hours and weekend work will be required from time to time for attendance at key events across the year.

This role requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, time management, and preparedness for the unexpected.
