Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cricket Development Officer to join our dynamic Community Cricket team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and delivering school-based programs within designated regions to drive sustainable participation outcomes and enhance the cricket experience for school participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist in developing and implementing cricket programs that cater to the needs of schools and communities.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with schools, School Ambassadors, and other stakeholders to promote the love of cricket and run successful programs.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in sports development or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with schools, parents, and community members.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve program objectives.
