Clinic Management Opportunity

Are you a highly organized and experienced professional seeking a challenging role in healthcare management?

As Clinic Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Sydney clinic, working closely with doctors to deliver high-quality patient care.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  • Manage customer interactions and coordinate appointments
  • Oversee practice organization, including appointment management, complaint resolution, purchasing, and material control
  • Lead and develop a team, focusing on duty planning, hiring, training, and performance management
  • Facilitate effective communication between staff, patients, and medical professionals

Requirements:

  • Commercial apprenticeship completion
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a comparable position
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent reliability, accuracy, and accountability
  • Outstanding work ethic and time-management skills
