Job Description

As a seasoned building expert, you will conduct thorough on-site inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include administering the full scope of works and causation reports, guaranteeing the quality of work.

  • Detailed data recording during site visits
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Preparing comprehensive reports and scopes of work for clients
  • Ensuring adherence to client and internal claim handling requirements and timeframes
  • Compiling and formatting in-depth building reports and scopes of work
  • Project management as required
Required Skills & Qualifications

Cert III Carpentry or Cert IV Building & Construction or Licensed Builder is essential for this role. Additionally, knowledge of the insurance industry and process requirements of admin hearings and litigation is crucial.

  • Certified qualification in carpentry or building construction
  • Understanding of insurance industry processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
About You

We are seeking an individual who possesses:

  • Cert III Carpentry or Cert IV Building & Construction or Licensed Builder
