About the Role:

This position is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. As an Aid Worker, you will have the chance to get to know your residents and their needs and preferences during your shifts. Availability for night shifts is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing person-centred care in accordance with care plans.
  • Assisting with medication administration.
  • Simple wound dressing.
  • Supporting residents with activities under supervision.
  • Encouraging residents to continue doing things they love.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as an Aid Worker (desirable).
  • Transferable skills in providing care and compassion to others.
  • Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (desirable).
  • Willingsness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check or provide current clearance.
