Job Description

This role will be instrumental in shaping the future of online shopping in NSW by supporting the Inventory Manager to ensure optimal operational performance across inventory management activities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, with experience working in a fast-paced environment and a proven ability to analyze information, identify trends, and prioritize issues. They will be responsible for supporting the Inventory Manager to roster inventory teams, coordinate and manage activities related to inventory, product withdrawals, planograms, sequencing, fixture, and ticketing management.

In addition, they will be responsible for completing all promotional planning for the Grocery and Convenience departments, reviewing daily operations, and ensuring that stock on hand is maintained accurately and made available to support the efficient and accurate picking of online orders.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to coach, motivate, and inspire a large team to stretch their capabilities and unleash their potential. They will also have a strong understanding of financial acumen, with the ability to analyze information, identify trends, and make effective decisions.

This role will provide an opportunity to work in a highly regulated environment, with experience working in food online environments and communicating across large teams. The successful candidate will be a strong leader, with the ability to develop and engage team members, manage performance, and drive results.
