Labourer Opportunities with Wagga Wagga City Council

We are seeking motivated individuals to join our casual labouring team. As a labourer with Wagga Wagga City Council, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and tasks, including general labouring, fencing and litter control, concrete and paving, and traffic/pedestrian management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general labouring tasks, including manual handling and lifting
  • Assist with fencing and litter control activities
  • Contribute to concrete and paving projects
  • Support traffic/pedestrian management
  • Operate and maintain plant, equipment, and tools
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a labouring position
  • Class C Drivers Licence (minimum)
  • General Construction Induction Training Card (White)
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Highly motivated and driven to achieve
  • Commitment to WH&S requirements of the role
What We Offer:
  • Remuneration of $34.82 gross per hour (inclusive of casual loading) + superannuation
