About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Evidence-Based Practice Lead to join our team in Victoria. In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical practices across our statewide rehabilitation services team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and maintenance of evidence-based clinical protocols and guidelines;
- Collaborate with clinical teams to deliver high-quality evidence-based practice;
- Contribute to research and analysis in a specialist clinical portfolio area to inform recommendations to senior staff and improve overall practice and responsiveness;
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior clinicians to support their professional development.
Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A relevant qualification as a Psychologist, Social Worker, Mental Health Nurse, or Occupational Therapist; and
- Extensive experience leading evidence-based practice initiatives in a youth justice setting.
