  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drama Director to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading learning and modeling best practice in teaching and learning in Drama.
  • The role involves developing and implementing innovative drama programs that cater to the diverse needs of students, as well as collaborating with colleagues to set the drama learning philosophy and framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering engaging drama lessons that promote student-centered learning and creativity.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to design and implement curriculum programs that meet the needs of all students.
  • Maintaining accurate records of student progress and achievement.

Requirements

">
  • A strong background in drama education, including experience in similar roles or willingness to step into one.
  • Holding a current NESA accreditation and having an excellent understanding of the NESA syllabus.
  • The ability to teach drama and participate in extra-curricular activities, including school productions.
  • A positive and collaborative approach to working with colleagues and supporting student wellbeing.
