Director of Strategic Oversight

We are seeking visionary leaders to shape the future of aged care, disability, and children's services. As a Director, you will contribute to delivering our new strategic plan and have opportunities to progress to Chair or Deputy Chair.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Applying Intereach values and fundamentals in Board decision-making
  • Working collaboratively with Co-CEOs and fellow Directors to set and progress strategic direction
  • Providing strategic expertise in aged care, disability, children's services, or similar sectors
  • Oversight of risk management, governance, and budget monitoring
  • Influencing policy to strengthen community outcomes

Requirements

  • Strong strategic oversight skills
  • Collaborative leadership experience
  • Industry-specific knowledge in aged care, disability, or children's services
  • Ability to work effectively with stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
