Job Title: Operations Team Leader

This role offers a unique opportunity to develop leadership skills and take charge of store operational functions. As an integral member of our customer-facing team, you will coordinate and supervise the administration process and systems.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing the knowledge and capability of the operations team using coaching models and development frameworks
  • Ensuring effective and efficient administration processes, including cash handling and banking integrity, systems access and data integrity, telephone management, payroll exceptions, and marketing activities
  • Supporting the Management team to ensure administrative activities meet compliance and legislative requirements, with emphasis on Safety, incident reporting, and training
  • Managing web orders, product pick and pack, and same-day delivery to customers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a positive store and channel experience for customers, resolving complaints and queries as required
  • Contribute to maintaining a high-quality store experience through merchandising, in-store marketing, and presentation
  • Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with retail operations and customer service principles
