Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for customers, responding to their needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Venue Operations: Prepare, maintain, and coordinate venue rooms, including setting up audio visual and other meeting equipment, to ensure a seamless experience for hirers.
- Digital Literacy Programs: Deliver programs such as 'Helpdesk' sessions and Connected Seniors to support digital literacy in the community, promoting digital inclusion and empowerment.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as required, including data entry, filing, and other tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team.
- Qualifications and Experience: Qualifications and/or relevant experience in a library, museum, education, cultural, or customer service setting, with a strong focus on customer service and digital literacy.
- Technical Skills: Demonstrated high level of computer and administration skills, with an eye for detail and experience in setting up audio visual, computer, or sound system equipment.
- Communication and Teamwork: Ability to assess priorities and manage competing requests, with a high level of customer service skills and experience in a busy and varied customer service environment.
