About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Banking Consultant to join our team in Taylors Lakes VIC. As a Banking Consultant, you will be responsible for providing our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customer's end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations, and educating them on digital solutions.

You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. Your role will involve contributing to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value, and ensuring compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting their end-to-end banking needs.
  • Be part of a collaborative team and act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience.
  • Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, and create real customer value.
  • Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
  • Take responsibility to 'know your customer' from a risk perspective.
  • Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  • Exceptional customer focus - retail experience is an advantage.
  • Experience in being a user and promoter of technology - working knowledge in using different digital channels is an advantage.
  • Ability to multi-task and highly adaptable to change and ambiguity.
  • Willingness to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Sound understanding of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
