Your Role:

  • Lead and Inspire: Guide projects from requirements definition through to deployment, ensuring they stay within scope and budget.
  • Strategize and Execute: Develop project implementation plans and coordinate resources effectively.
  • Manage and Maintain: Oversee project documents, finances, and stakeholder relationships.
  • Support and Collaborate: Provide direct support to the Executive Management team and promote a safe working environment.

About You:

  • Experienced Leader: Proven track record in ICT Project Management with strong business acumen and leadership skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Expertise in managing wired and wireless IP network projects and familiarity with Agile, Prince 2, or PMBOK methodologies.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Team Player: Ability to supervise and lead teams, fostering a collaborative and engaging work culture.
  • Multi-Tasker: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Salary: AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in medium and large-scale projects within the mining or construction industries.
  • Proficiency in project management software like Microsoft Project, Asana, Teams, and more.
  • Relevant qualifications in Telecommunications or Computer Science.
  • Knowledge of Wi-Fi technology and drawing packages such as Bluebeam, Visio, or AutoCad.
