Deputy Sales Manager Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Sales Manager to join our high-performing team in Townsville. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to the success of the team.

About the Role

The Deputy Sales Manager will play a key role in achieving and exceeding sales targets across TV and digital platforms. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of existing clients and actively acquiring new business.
  • Meeting monthly, quarterly, and six-monthly sales budgets.
  • Driving annual revenue growth for the Townsville market.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills - persuasive, clear, and professional both written and verbal.
  • A proven track record of managing multiple clients and meeting sales targets.
  • Proven experience in negotiating successful outcomes by understanding client needs and delivering creative, tailored solutions.
