Professional Service Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join our team.
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, managing customer appointments and providing exceptional customer service. If you have experience in a dealership environment and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this opportunity.
The successful candidate will be responsible for recording appointments requested by customers, completing repair orders and documentation, and providing accurate invoices and reports. They will also need to follow up on service times to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Record appointments requested by customers via the department's appointments system.
- Complete repair orders and other necessary documentation on arrival of customer.
- Determine and inform customer of estimated cost, time when vehicle will be ready and method of payment.
- Provide accurate invoices and reports to customers.
- Follow-up service times to ensure vehicles are completed on time.
To be considered for this position, you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Service Advisor role, preferably in a dealership environment. You must also possess adequate knowledge of motor vehicles, hold a current manual driver's license, and have exceptional customer service skills. Professional presentation and telephone etiquette are also essential.
