About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team at Outcomes Connect Australia. The successful candidate will be based in the Dandenong area and will focus on providing speech pathology services to clients living in Dandenong and surrounding locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload and providing evidence-based therapeutic supports in a timely manner
- Delivering speech pathology services to clients within schools, homes, and the broader community
- Interpreting findings to formulate treatment goals unique to each client
- Assessing clients' communication and/or swallowing level of function and capacity using clinical observations and standardised assessments
- Recommending provision of Assistive Technology to assist clients with their functional limitations and to promote independence
About You
- Possess a positive, can-do approach and mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and their support networks to make a real and lasting difference
- Strive for continuous improvement of our practices and outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to maintain consistent and regular contact with all stakeholders
- Current drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
Requirements
- Degree qualified Speech Pathologist
- Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
