We are seeking experienced or new graduate Speech and Language Pathologists to join our diverse and welcoming team at Therapy Pro.
As a Speech Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work locally in your community, collaborate with likeminded colleagues nationally, and work from home with the autonomy to structure your day to suit your lifestyle, family life, personal preference, and caseload.
You will be working with a highly diverse NDIS caseload encompassing issues affecting speech, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing.
We will support you to draw upon your expertise to devise evidence-based practices and strategies to effect positive change, providing stimulating and challenging work that allows you to grow your skills and embrace new possibilities.
Our BenefitsAt Therapy Pro, you will be remunerated with an attractive salary package, commensurate with your experience up to $143,059. This includes:
- Up to $118,243 base salary
- 10.5% superannuation (e.g. $12,415 for top of award salary)
- Up to $8,400 performance bonus per annum (pro-rate for part-time)
- $4,000 professional development allowance per annum (pro-rata for part-time)
Additionally, you will receive:
- Vehicle allowance for travel costs (92c per kilometre)
- A phone, laptop & iPad for work purposes
- Access to assessment and therapy tools, paid for by Therapy Pro
