- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of diverse learners
- Cultivate strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth
- ACECQA approved Certificate 3 or Diploma Qualification in Children's Services
- Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 years
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
