Job Title: Identity Verification SpecialistDescription:

The primary objective of this role is to authenticate individuals on an international scale for a leading aerospace client.

As part of the customer's software delivery model, users require a software certificate, which entails a verification process managed by a reputable online platform.

This involves meeting with clients to validate their identity using various documents such as ID cards, passports, driver's licenses, and birth certificates.

The verification process typically takes 3 hours for single applicants and 30 minutes per additional applicant.

The online platform provides details on clients and schedules assignments within 4 working days.

Assignments involve contacting individuals within 24 hours, scheduling, and performing the assignment within 4 working days.

If interested, you will undergo standard screening and receive training materials and a test.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify identities of clients on an international basis
  • Meet with clients to collect and verify identification documents
  • Complete verification processes in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate records of verification activities
