**Comprehensive Business Support Expertise**

Our organisation is seeking an experienced Commercial Associate to provide high-level support to senior operations and financial leadership teams.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and developing the commercial team, driving financial analysis and decision-making processes forward.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monthly end close process execution
  • Preparation of actionable financial reporting and analysis for management
  • Planning Cycle: Monthly outlook, 90-day forecast, annual budget, and multi-year plan development
  • Commercial Modelling and Contract Compliance including building commercial models for tenders
  • Effective implementation of contractual price escalations and variations
  • Stakeholder Management - provision of commercial guidance to operational leadership to inform decision-making
  • Liaison with other functional areas of the business, including FP&A, business development, supply chain, and legal
  • Acting as primary commercial contact for client queries
  • Assisting the Business Partner with monitoring performance and using effective leadership, coaching, and communication techniques to motivate and develop the team

Requirements for this role include:

  • Finance or Accounting degree qualification
  • Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience
  • Sound technical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship-building abilities
  • CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent overseas designation)
  • Experience in ORACLE accounting system
  • Proven commercial acumen
