This role is a semi-productive position located in a regional area of Queensland, offering a unique blend of technical expertise and people skills.
Key Requirements:
Trade qualified Automotive Technician with strong dealership experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy
Commitment to excellent customer service
Strong ability to multi-task
Highly skilled in vehicle diagnostics, both mechanical and electrical systems
Key Job Functions:
Provide expert advice to customers on technical issues
Mentor, train, and provide workshop support to staff
Produce repair orders
Attend technical training when required
Work closely with all staff in the department, reporting to the Service Manager
Liaise with the workshop to ensure time constraints are met
Diagnose vehicle mechanical and electrical systems
Assist workshop technicians with technical issues
Parts ordering
Handle customer complaints
Promote a safe work environment
Meet warranty requirements
What We're Looking For:
