Job Description:About the RoleThe primary responsibility of this role is to provide a secure presence while remaining vigilant and focused. As part of our enthusiastic and customer-focused team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
- Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems
- Provide first aid and liaise with Police & Emergency Response Services
- Review camera footage and write reports
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Certificate II in Security Operations and security licence
- First Aid and CPR certificate
- Open driver's license
- Customer service experience
- Experience in monitoring a CCTV network
- AGSVA security clearance or an ability to obtain one
