This role is primarily responsible for providing a security presence while maintaining alertness and focus. As part of our enthusiastic, committed, and customer-focused team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to all our clients.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Observe activities associated with asset protection;
• Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems;
• Provide first aid and liaise with Police & Emergency Response Services;
• Review camera footage and write reports;
• Conduct foot patrols throughout the premises;

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Certificate II in Security Operations and security license;
• First Aid and CPR certificate;
• Open driver's license;
• Customer service experience;
• Experience in monitoring a CCTV network;
• AGSVA security clearance or an ability to obtain one.
