High-End Cabinetry Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced Production Team Leader to oversee the production of high-end custom projects.

  • Leading a team of skilled cabinet makers with a steady hand and high standards.
  • Supporting sales, design, and drafting early in each project to ensure practical and buildable solutions.
  • Managing production schedules, team workflows, materials, and stock.
  • Mentoring and guiding apprentices and junior cabinet makers.
Key Responsibilities:

As a High-End Cabinetry Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple bespoke projects and maintaining precision, pace, and quality. You will also create and manage purchase orders, liaise with suppliers, and ensure post-installation service is handled with care and professionalism.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A trade-qualified cabinet maker or equivalent experience in kitchen/cabinetry manufacturing.
  • Excellent communication skills - approachable, clear, and dependable.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workshop documentation.
