Hotel Management Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to lead our team at a traditional Japanese guest house. As Hotel Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing staff across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Directing reservation, reception, room service, and housekeeping activities.
- Supervising security arrangements and garden and property maintenance for a safe and aesthetically pleasing environment.
- Planning and supervising bar, restaurant, function, and conference activities to enhance guest experiences.
- Ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming, and other relevant laws and regulations.
- Assessing and reviewing customer satisfaction to maintain high levels of service and improve guest experiences.
- Overseeing accounting and purchasing activities for efficient hotel operations.
- Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
- Providing guests with local tourism information and arranging tours and transportation as needed.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role.
  • Proven leadership and management skills with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and hotel operations.
  • In-depth understanding of hospitality regulations and industry standards.
  • A formal qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field is desirable but not essential.
