Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrator to support the development of our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and be able to work closely with our CRM and Sales/Service Cloud platforms.

This role offers a great opportunity for career growth and exposure to multiple Salesforce platforms and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Develop skills by working closely with our Salesforce CRM and Sales/Service Cloud platforms
  • Implement recommendations from recent reviews
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices and effective use of the platform
  • Manage data extensions, AmpScript, and JavaScript/HTML/CSS
  • Ensure data quality and governance
  • Produce high-quality documentation
