Sales professionals at our clubs play a vital role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base. They are responsible for helping people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier through proactive sales activities and customer service.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to club growth using sales promotions and referral campaigns
  • Generate and convert high-quality leads through community outreach, referrals and new business opportunities
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Create great member experiences via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Open and close the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending products that boost results and amplify experience

  • The ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
  • Outstanding communication skills - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others
