About the Role:
As a Member Support Consultant, you are the driving force behind the success of our fitness clubs. You will interact with people from all walks of life, driving membership growth by performing outreach activities, generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to sales growth utilising promotions and referrals
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
- Provide presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
