Program Manager Role

The Program Manager is a senior technical professional who will lead a team to improve the overall performance of Alcoa Refining across various domains.

  • Identify developmental opportunities and align with refinery and corporate objectives.
  • Provide budgeting, business case evaluation, and project management guidance.
  • Maintain close working relationships with customer groups and other functional groups.

Key responsibilities include facilitating best practice, leading a Community of Best Practice, evaluating staff performance, counselling, coaching, and provision of suitable training and development for staff. The role also involves protecting Alcoa's intellectual property and contributing to safety goals.

Requirements
